I made this tonight for my family and it’s one of my favourite meals I’ve made in my slow cooker! I served it with pasta and garlic bread to mop up all the yummy sauce. My husband and 2 year old loved it. I think this will be a regular meal for us now.

Made this as a economical, comfort winter meal. I added a little extra Balsamic for a bit more tang with the sweetness of the tomatoes. Served it over a bed of sour cream and chives mashed potatoes. So very filling, easy indulgence.
