Tomato Sausage Casserole
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 8 sausages
- 1 capsicum (deseeded and chopped)
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 2 stalks celery (chopped)
- 250ml vegetable stock
- 1 400g tin chopped tomatoes
Instructions
- Brown sausages and put aside.
- Saute capsicum, onion and celery and put into bottom of slow cooker.
- Lay sausages over the top.
- Pour vegetable stock over sausages.
- Empty tin of tomatoes on top.
- Cook 4 hours on high, 8 hours on low and enjoy! 🙂
