Ingredients
 

  • 600grm cooked BBQ chicken
  • 1ltr Thai real soup stock
  • 4 spring onions
  • 400g tin cream corn
  • 125g kernel corn
  • 3 Small potatoes
  • 1 small jalapeño

Instructions
 

  • Cut potatoes into small qubs
  • Dice Spring onions and jalapeño
  • Shred chicken
  • Place all ingredients into slow cooker on high for 3-4 hrs
