Thai Beef cheeks

Ingredients
 

  • 2 beef cheeks cut into strips,
  • 1/2 red and green capsicum sliced,
  • 4 cm bit of ginger cut into match sticks,
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 3 teaspoons of tamarind past,
  • 3 squares of palm sugar ( you can use brown sugar about 3 tablespoons
  • 1/2 big red chilli cut thinly
  • 1 teaspoon Vietnamese mint
  • 4 Kaffir Lime leaves
  • 2 onions cut into thin wedges
  • 1/2 cup fish sauce
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 2 tablespoons cornflour mixed into a thin past

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into the slow cooker except the corn flour.
  • Cook for 8hrs on low
  • Half an hour before finished pour the corn flour mixture into the slow cooker.
  • Serve with rice
