teriyaki steak
Serving: 3
Ingredients
- 10 Green Long Beans
- 10 Yellow Butter Beans
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 3 steaks of gravy beef (the thick kind)
- 250mls Teriyaki master foods sauce
Instructions
- Turn cooker on high
- 1) chop onion and garlic and place in slow cooker
- 2) drizzle with oil
- 3) place steaks on top
- 4) cut beans and put on top of the steaks
- 5) drizzle sauce over the top and hey presto leave to cook for 4hrs on high
