Sweet strawberry jam damper
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 3 cups Sr flour
- 1 tin of beer, any sort
- 1 Tb sugar
- ( optional) cinnamon, spices what ever you prefer
- 2-3 Tb strawberry jam
- Whipped cream and strawberries for decorating
Instructions
- Mix flour, beer and sugar together alone with any spices you want to add,
- Add to Sc on some baking paper, spread out your mixture and then add strawberry jam,
- Cook for 2hrs on high
- When cooked serve with whipped cream and strawberries
