Sweet n Spicy Buffalo Chicken Wings/Mini drumsticks
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 1.8kg Chicken wingettes (mini drumsticks)
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 2Tbsp Sriracha Chilli Sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced (opt)
- 1/2 thumb ginger, minced (opt)
- 1 long red Chilli, sliced (Opt)
- 4Tbsp Honey
- 1Tbsp butter.
Instructions
- Add everything besides chicken to SC on HIGH and mix till all combined.
- Add chicken and mix well put lid on with paper towel under lid and turn SC to low and cook for 2 hours. Turning now and then.
- Remove lid and Remove chicken and set aside.
- Put your SC on Sear function 120c and cook until sauce thickens and is sticky. (15mins)
- Add chicken back into sauce and cook until sticky n chickens heated through
- If u want a charred flavor then Turn out chicken onto a lined baking tray and grill until charred. (10mins)
- Serve as a snack or with BBQ corn and hot chips 🙂
