Sweet chilli wedge bake

  • 750g Seasoned wedges
  • 300ml Cooking cream
  • 4 Tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 Tsp dried parsley
  • 1 Tsp dried Italian herbs


  • Add thawed wedges to your slow cooker.
  • Mix cream, sweet chilli sauce and dried herbs in a jug and pour over wedges.
  • Cook on high for 2.5hours.

  1. Trying this for the second time. First time Dad and I loved them and I added grated cheese for the last 30 minutes and stirred it in before serving. Adding some mint flakes tonight to see how that goes 😁
