Sweet chilli wedge bake

A potato wedge bake 🙂

  • Prep: 10 mins
  • Cook: 2 hrs 30 mins
  • Yields: 4 Servings


750g Seasoned wedges

300ml Cooking cream

4 Tbsp Sweet chilli sauce

1 Tsp dried parsley

1 Tsp dried Italian herbs


1Add thawed wedges to your slow cooker.

2Mix cream, sweet chilli sauce and dried herbs in a jug and pour over wedges.

3Cook on high for 2.5hours.

Trying this for the second time. First time Dad and I loved them and I added grated cheese for the last 30 minutes and stirred it in before serving. Adding some mint flakes tonight to see how that goes 😁
