A potato wedge bake ?
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 750g Seasoned wedges
- 300ml Cooking cream
- 4 Tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
- 1 Tsp dried parsley
- 1 Tsp dried Italian herbs
Instructions
- Add thawed wedges to your slow cooker.
- Mix cream, sweet chilli sauce and dried herbs in a jug and pour over wedges.
- Cook on high for 2.5hours.

Trying this for the second time. First time Dad and I loved them and I added grated cheese for the last 30 minutes and stirred it in before serving. Adding some mint flakes tonight to see how that goes ?
