Sweet Chilli Chicken

- Slice the chicken fillet in to cubes

- Stir it after 2 hours
- Served on rice with vegetables of your choice
- You can add more or less of the Sweet Chilli Sauce. I used one cup and that was spicy enough.

This was a winner! Did a half quantity in my 1.5l cooker 3 hours on low and 1 on warm. Served with rice, steamed beans and carrots. It will be a regular as it’s easy and tasty.
This was amazing in flavor and so easy to make.
I only used 1/4 cup water, I used tapioca flour to dust the chicken and added 1 Carolina reaper chili
This will definitely be a repeat menu item
