Directions
1Lightly spray the bottom of your slow cooker with cooking spray
2Add sausage mince, breadcrumbs and cheese together in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
3Make small balls (smaller than a golf ball) and then roll each ball in the sweet chili sauce.
4Place each ball on the bottom of your slow cooker.
5Cook on High for 2 hours (I used a Breville 7 Ltre) No teatowel required.
6Serve with toothpicks and additional sweet chili sauce for dipping

8Depends on the size of your meatballs, I made 30 small meatballs

I thought these were going be too dry but. They were absolutely delicious, they are going be made frequently in this household, I followed recipe. Would definitely recommend

These also work great using chicken mince. So easy and yummy

Very, very delicious πand they look delicious too π Awesome as a snack and would be fantastic at parties too! I did add some mixed herbs, salt & pepper to the mince. Put meatballs straight into sprayed 1.5lt sc bowl and poured some sweet chilli sauce over them. They cooked in 1.5hrs and needed a stir an hour into cooking.
