6-8 chicken thigh cutlets (or 1kg chicken drumsticks or even thigh fillets if you prefer)
Flour to dust chicken
1/4 cup apricot jam
1/4 cup Tomato sauce
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Sweet chilli sauce
1Dust chicken in flour to coat lightly. Add chicken to slow cooker.
2Combine all other sauces in a small jug and pour over chicken
3Cook on LOW for 4-6hrs or until cooked through (individual slow cookers vary)
4Serve with mashed potato and steamed vegetables or it goes great with rice and stir fry vegetables
5This dish isn't spicy and our children all love it 🙂

I haven’t tried it myself but I think the flavours would go nice with beef 🙂
