Sweet and sour sausages
- 6 gourmet sausages
- Roughly chopped vegetables of your choice as many as you like I used carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, beans and mushrooms
- 1jar of Kam Tong Pineapple Sweet and Sour Stir Fry
- Turn slow cooker on high place all ingredients in and let it cook for 1.5 hours on high stirring occasionally, then turn it down low for 1.5 hours stirring occasionally.
- Serve with boiled rice
