I made this in my 3.5ltr and it was perfect! Tasted and smelt just like mum used to make when i was young. Only needed 2hrs. Loved it is now a regular!

  2. So easy to make and definitely a hit in this house..I even delivered some to my daughter and son in law!

I made this last night and it was SOOOO AMAZING! So delicious I had to make it again tonight (with a tad less sugar) Best with a bit of whipped cream on the side 🙂 Will make this regularly as a treat I think

  4. Just wow! Made it in 1L-power went out half way through cooking, so didn’t get to taste until next day but was awesome anyway

  5. The first dessert I ever made in my slow cooker…absolutely Devine!
I have a large slow cooker (5ltr) so I did the original recipe ×4 (except white sugar only 1 cup) and cooked for about 3hrs.
    Highly recommended!

  6. Oh My Lush! I should have made. Pudding for each of us, I love how fudgey the sauce is. Definitely on the menu again. Thank You!

  7. Yum! Yum! Yum! Made this tonight & it was great! Subbed gluten free flour & it was a success. I might cut the sugar down a little next time though.

  8. Cooking this little recipe tonight after I did the from scratch Butterscotch one… and now the ‘packet mix’ just doesn’t cut it !!!
Did substitute butter for oil as that is our preference. Will report back.

  9. Tried this last night!!! So yummy but I must have put too much of something as it rose up to lid n bubbled out a bit

  10. Works well with gluten free flour and coconut milk too. I also used coconut oil in place of regular oil. Has hubby’s stamp of approval!

  11. Absolutely beautiful. I doubled the recipe and used a 3.5 l sc, replacing all sugar with Splenda (in equal measures). This is an absolutely tasty and easy recipe that will remind your guests of their youth, when Mum used to make these out of a packet as a treat!

  12. This was amazing! So good and just enough for two people with leftovers for the next day. I wanted to add I used almond milk and still worked perfectly. Mine only took 2 hours on high to cook. Will Def be making again.
