Sundried Chicken with Asparagus
Creamy sundried chicken to go over mash or pasta.
Serving: 8
Ingredients
- 1kg skinless chicken breast (or thigh)
- 6 rashers diced bacon
- 350g jar leggos sundried stir through sauce
- 2t minced garlic
- 400g cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 - 1 cup Pinenuts
- 10-15 fresh basil leaves chopped
- Chopped 6x asparagus spears
- 1 tub Lactose free cream (or pouring cream)
- Optional: 3 dessert spoons plain flour
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into slow cooker except cream.
- Cook 4-5hrs on low.
- Stir through cream.
- Nice served with avocado & mash or pasta.
- NOTE: if too runny sprinkle & stir 3 dessert spoons of plain flour slowly before adding cream.

What is one tub? I’ll be using coconut cream, would that e one full can?
After reviewing the cream used I’d say 300ml
