Sugar Free Apple Butter
Serving: 12
Ingredients
- 10 large apples your choice
- 2 cups of no sugar apple cider
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon,
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg,
- 1/4 teaspoon clove powdered,
- 1/4 teaspoon salt,
- 1 tablespoon vanilla or 1 vanilla pod
Instructions
- Chop apples andmix all other ingredients together put in slow cooker on low for 12 hours.
- Put in sterile jars in awater bath for 10 minutes tocool.
- Enjoy on toast or pancakes or your favorite breakfast item
