  1. These were fantastic. The best part is because they are individual, you can make them according to family member’s own tastes
    Brilliant Idea
    Thanks

  2. Such a fantastic recip,e thanks for sharing Sharon Pearce! I used a thin layer of ham and streaky bacon to roll up steaks and cooked them in sc with minced garlic, pepper and Worcestershire underneath and replaced the kale with spinach. Absolutely scrumptious!!

  3. What a great recipe. Easy prep, quick cook and so delicious. I’ll do these again and fix the things I could improve from my first effort today

  4. These were really really nice.!!! Super stoked that even fussy Mr 8 ate them ? love the nice easy quick concept. Will definitely keep playing with this recipe

  5. These were sooo good. I changed it up a little and used spinach and apricot and almond cream cheese and I put them in the grill for 5-10mins after and they turned out so yummy. Will definitely be making these again

  6. These are a great idea and so versatile – so many options to change them up. These were lovely and I was told by the family that they have to be made again. I changed it up a bit so I layered (from the bottom up) bacon, sizzle steak, baby spinach, then cut some fresh asparagus spears in half and put a whole spear (two halves) in. I also used the sweet chilli version of the cream cheese wheel cut into fat slices/chunks next to the asparagus. Rolled them up and wrapped in foil to keep it all in. When cooked put them under the grill to crisp up the bacon a bit. Yummy!

  7. I’ve made these quite a few times now n absolutely love them ? thank you Sharon for sharing your delicious recipe with all of us!!! This is on my menu regularly now, the only thing I changed was the kale to baby spinach leaves, scrumptiouslicious lol ???

We’ll be trying this out soon except substituting kale for baby spinach. Can’t stomach kale sorry! ?

I did this tonight and found it dry. I followed recipe and cooking times, if I do it again I’ll be buying thicker slices of steak
