Stuffed Sausages

Ingredients
- Sausages
- Mashed potato
- Bacon
- Grated cheese
Instructions
- Cut sausages long ways, but not all the way through.
- Spread sausage out , spread with mashed potato, the cover with bacon & grated cheese.
- Line slow cooker with baking paper & cook on high for 4 hours.

I combined the potato & briefly fried bacon prior to topping the sausages with the mix then gave it a little sprinkle of garlic powder 🙂
We used thick Italian sausages
We added the cheese in the final 20mins & some scattered chopped chives from my garden
Family loved it
