1 tin condensed milk
1 tablespoon butter
2 blocks (200g) white chocolate
1 teaspoon strawberry essence
red food colouring
1Place all ingredients in the slow cooker
2Cook for 2hrs on high stir very 15 minutes until the chocolate starts to separate from the spoon.
3To decorate I used slivered almonds.
