Strawberry and Apple Crumble 5 0 5 4

A sweet crumble for two cooked in the baby 1.5L cooker.

  • Prep: 10 mins
  • Cook: 3 hrs
  • 10 mins

    3 hrs 10 mins

  • Yields: 2 servings


250g strawberries, halved

1 apple, peeled, cored and diced

1/2 cup oats

1/3 cup plain flour

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons butter


1Add strawberries and apple to slow cooker.

2Cook on high for 1 hour.

3Combine oats, flour, sugar and butter.

4Add crumble topping to fruit.

5Cook on low for 2 hours with a tea towel under the lid.

So yummy and easy. Made it with frozen berries to go with the apple. Big tick. Served it with homemade custard.

I would think that would fit ok Ebony πŸ™‚

I made this tonight for dessert but don’t know where I went wrong as I thought the crumble was suppose to be crumbly but it was just all soggy!!! A bit disappointed!!!
