Sticky Ribs and Medallions

Rib Rub:

1tsp salt

1tbs paprika

1tbs mustard powder

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp black pepper

Three 333s bbq sauce

2 racks of pork ribs

6 pork medallions


1Mix all spices together and coat ribs and medallions in rib rub, preferably the day before and left in the fridge overnight.

2Place in slow cooker cover in bbq sauce, cook on low for 8hrs.

3Once done place in foil tray or dish and put another basting of bbq sauce over them, placing under the grill for 5-10mins so sauce goes all sticky.

4I serve over a cheesy bacon mash 🙂
