Sticky Bacon Wrapped Sausages
- 4 rashers of bacon, rind removed and cut in half lengthwise
- 8 sausages
- 2/3 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tblsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- Wrap 1 piece of bacon around 1 sausage and secure ends with toothpicks. Continue with remaining sausages and bacon.
- Line slow cooker insert with baking paper and lay sausages in base of slow cooker. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over sausages.
- Place a tea towel under the lid and cook for 3 hours on high
