Steak and Black Bean Sauce ( home style )
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1 kg rump steak
- 2 large onions cut in wedges
- 1 bottle of good quality black bean sauce
- 1 pk Asian style veges
- 2 pkt 2 min noodles, cooked
Instructions
- Brown steak and onions in fry pan,
- Then add to sc with black bean sauce,
- Cook for 3-4hrs on high
- 1/2 hr before cooking is finished add veges,
- Then when cooked add your cooked noodles, always cook noodles before adding so the noodles don't soak up all your yummy sauce.
- Better than takeaway.

Made this dish last night , and it was better then takeaway.
I made this yummy dish last night , it was very yummy
Really disappointed with this one. Neither of us ate much , the flavour was just too strong and nothing like takeaway. Maybe it was the brand of black bean sauce (Ayam) but it was the only one I could find in the supermarket . Otherwise follow directions but used chicken as protein, I don’t think it would have made a difference to the outcome. Big fail for us
