Ingredients
- 250g self-raising flour
- pinch of salt
- 125g shredded suet/ butter
- 180g currants
- 80g caster sugar
- finely grated zest 1 lemon
- finely grated zest 1 small orange
- 150ml whole milk, plus 2-3 tbsp
- custard, to serve
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients
- Put in a ball of dough, half the size of the greased ramekin.
- Cover with foil and place the lid on your SC 3 hours on high in a water bath filled half way up the ramekins
- Custard, to serve 🙂

So this is the size of a ramekin dish?
Not very big is it, I’d need to make this per person, as opposed to a quarter each.
The recipe makes 4 of them as stated in yields 🙂
Can these be reheated and if so how?
Can you do one big one instead of individual ones with this recipe please ?
So what do you out slow cooker on medium or high as recipe doesn’t say
