Spicy Italian Hotpot

Ingredients
- 12 Spicy Italian sausages
- 1 diced onion
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoon minced Garlic
- 1 &1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 jar bolognese sauce, used mainly for spaghetti bolognese
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 12 Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can 4 bean mixed beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 6 rashers bacon
- 1/2 large sweet potatoe
- 4 large potatoes diced into sml cubes
- 1 large red capsicum
- 4 carrots diced
- 1/2 large pumpkin diced into small cubes
- Herbs and spices and all things nice
- 1 fresh green or red chilli
Instructions
- Diced onion and add to ceramic bowl
- Add garlic & ginger
- Chop sausages into 4 pieces each sausage
- Add the sausages
- Add the mushrooms sliced
- Add the beans from can, empty water and rinse before adding
- Add diced tomatoes
- Add all the chopped vegetables
- Add the diced bacon
- Stir it well
- Add all your herbs
- Stir well
- Cook on low for 4hrs
