Spaghetti bolognaise

Ingredients
 

  • 500 grams minced beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 capsicum, diced
  • 1 zucchini, diced
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp dried Basil
  • 1 tsp dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp Mixed spice
  • 1/4 cup Kecap manis
  • 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons of Sugar
  • 2 400g tins of chopped tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • I brown my mince before adding to the slow cooker
  • Add vegetables to slow cooker with mince, add all other ingredients
  • Mix and cook on low for roughly 4-6 hours, depending on your slow cooker
  • Serve on cooked pasta

    I’m going to try this but without the sugar or sweet soy sauce as I’m not a fan of too much sweetness in meals. But I might substitute the soy with a half cup of dry red wine Ann’s see how it turns out. ?

    Was very nice. I added 1/2 tsp extra of the herbs and spices plus salt and pepper and bulked it out with one carrot, 200g mushrooms and a tin of cannellini beans on top of the recipe specified vegies. used a 350g pack of gluten free spaghetti and got 8 serves from it. would recommend this to others and will likely make again.
