Spaghetti bolognaise 5 0 5 1


500 grams minced beef

1 onion, diced

1 capsicum, diced

1 zucchini, diced

2 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp dried Basil

1 tsp dried Thyme

1 tsp dried Oregano

1 tsp Mixed spice

1/4 cup Kecap manis

2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons of Sugar

2 400g tins of chopped tomatoes


1I brown my mince before adding to the slow cooker

2Add vegetables to slow cooker with mince, add all other ingredients

3Mix and cook on low for roughly 4-6 hours, depending on your slow cooker

4Serve on cooked pasta

I’m going to try this but without the sugar or sweet soy sauce as I’m not a fan of too much sweetness in meals. But I might substitute the soy with a half cup of dry red wine Ann’s see how it turns out. 👍
