Spaghetti and Meatballs

1 kg beef mince

1 onion diced

2 cloves garlic crushed

I carrot grated

1 cup bread crumbs

2 eggs

Italian herb mix

Tomato or Chilli sauce (as much as you like)

Worchtershire sauce as much as u like

two jars of your favorite spaghetti sauce


1I normally cook this on high starting at 9 am

2Place two jars of spaghetti sauce in slow cooker

3Turn on to high cook till hot normally 2 hours

4Mix all other ingredients in a mixing bowl if mixture is still a little to wet add more bread crumbs

5Roll in to balls place in fridge till sauce is ready

6At about 11 add all meatballs making sure they are all covered in sauce

7If u have some sitting out of the sauce just spoon sauce over them

8Leave to cook till around 5 without stiring this is important do not stir other wise your meatballs will fall apart 😉

915 mins befor your ready to serve cook your pasta on stove

10Serve with parmasan cheese
