Spaghetti and Meatballs
Serving: 5
Ingredients
- 1 kg beef mince
- 1 onion diced
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- I carrot grated
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 eggs
- Italian herb mix
- Tomato or Chilli sauce (as much as you like)
- Worchtershire sauce as much as u like
- two jars of your favorite spaghetti sauce
Instructions
- I normally cook this on high starting at 9 am
- Place two jars of spaghetti sauce in slow cooker
- Turn on to high cook till hot normally 2 hours
- Mix all other ingredients in a mixing bowl if mixture is still a little to wet add more bread crumbs
- Roll in to balls place in fridge till sauce is ready
- At about 11 add all meatballs making sure they are all covered in sauce
- If u have some sitting out of the sauce just spoon sauce over them
- Leave to cook till around 5 without stiring this is important do not stir other wise your meatballs will fall apart 😉
- 15 mins befor your ready to serve cook your pasta on stove
- Serve with parmasan cheese
