A yummy indoors version of an American camp fire treat! The whole family will love it!!

  • Cook: 1 hr
  • Yields: 10 serves


1 400g box of McVities Digestive biscuits

1 200g block of Lindt milk chocolate

1 small pack of Marshmallows


1Line slow cooker with baking paper

2Place one single layer of digestive biscuits, covering as much of the base as possible (doesn't matter if they overlap a little )

3Place one square of Lindt chocolate on each biscuit

4Place approximately 3 marshmallows on top of each piece of chocolate and cook on low with a tea towel under the lid for 40 minutes or until your marshmallows are nice and soft.

5Place another layer of digestive biscuits on top of your marshmallows (try to line them up approximately with your bottom layer of biscuits).

6Cook for another 20 minutes with a tea towel under the lid.

7Turn your slow cooker off to let your s'mores cool slightly.

8Pull out the baking paper, place on a flat surface and scoop out individual servings.

9Delicious as they are or serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for an extra yummy dessert. ?
