Delicious slow cooked beef ribs!
5 hrs 10 mins
1kg beef short ribs
4 tbs apple cider vinegar
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried thyme
4 tbs liquid smoke ( or smokey bbq sauce)
4 tbs worcestershire sauce
4 tbs tomato sauce
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp dried chilli
1/2 lemon juice
Salt and pepper
1Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix.
2Baste the ribs with half of the marinade and place the remainder into the fridge until later.
33 hours into cooking time gently turn the ribs over and cover with the remainder of the marinade.
4If during the cooking process you notice the ribs drying scoop the sauce from the bottom of the slow cooker pour over the top it also adds more flavour.
5Slow cook for 5 hours on high
