2Baste the ribs with half of the marinade and place the remainder into the fridge until later.
33 hours into cooking time gently turn the ribs over and cover with the remainder of the marinade.
4If during the cooking process you notice the ribs drying scoop the sauce from the bottom of the slow cooker pour over the top it also adds more flavour.

The only way to cook ribs!!! The flavour is delicious . I tend to do 8 hours on low or 3-4hrs on high. It is mouth watering.
