Sounds great, but is the 5 tbsp of water supposed to be oil??
I wouldn’t think so no, if it says water it’s water. Rarely ever need any oil in slow cooking 🙂
Nice easy to follow recipe
How thick do you slice the lamb’s fry? I was looking forward to this slow cook option, but the liver had virtually disintegrated in 3 hours. Quite tasty, but thin texture. Suggestions please.
Simple and absolutely delicious!
I used chicken livers and also fried up my onion with a little leek before adding all together in the SC. Came out wonderful and I’d definitely make it again.
