2 bags elbow macaroni (500g bags)
100g butter melted
600g grated cheese
6 tbspns of flour
2 tbsp of crushed garlic
2 1/2 tbspns whole grain mustard
9 cups of boiled water
Chopped tomato to garnish
1Turn slow cooker on and set to high.
2Grease cooker add uncooked pasta.
3Add melted butter and mix thoroughly.
4Add the other ingredients and stir. Cover.
5Cook for 2 hours mixing every 30 mins

I used the small macaroni pasta and all quantities as per recipe. My cooker (sunbeam secret chef) cooks hot so it was ready within an hour.
Easy to cook.

Very nice on a cold winters night. Will be making again 😋. I halved all the ingredients as well as cooking time. Was ready to go in an hour

This is the only way I’ll eat Mac n Cheese … from scratch. None of that nasty boxed stuff from the supermarket ! The children, big and small, love it when I make it. So easy and tasty.
