Slow cooker chilli

  • Yields: 1-10 depending on how hungry you are 😉


2 15 ounce cans of kidney beans rinsed and drained.

1 lb ground beef browned, drained

1/2 lb hot sausage casings removed, browned and drained

1 quart spaghetti sauce

1 browned onion

12 ounce can cola

1 can drained mushrooms

1-3 cups fresh tomatoes


1Brown meat and onion.

2Drain fats

3Dump everything into slow cooker.

4Cook on LOW 6-8 hours

I’m guessing the spice may be coming from the hot sausages in Cindy’s recipe perhaps? 🙂
