Tried this tonight. Used Pork scotch fillets as were on special. Did for 4 hrs but will do for 3 next time in my sc. We all enjoyed this but flavour a little strong for us. Might reduce the amount of Hoisin sauce next time & add a little brown sugar. Nice quick easy dinner.
Was a different flavour for pork chops to what I have done before. Was easy to make and the final dish produced tender, tasty chops and I’ll definitely make again. Served with a variety of vegetables. Thank you for another wonderful recipe.
