Slow Cooked Mushrooms

Ingredients
- Approx 12 whole button Mushrooms
- Balsamic Vinegar
- 2mls (approx 1/4 tsp) Olive oil
- Pepper
Instructions
- Layer mushrooms in slow cooker bowl ( I got about 4 in each layer).
- Grind pepper on top, add olive oil and splash balsamic vinegar.
- Cook on HIGH for 2-3 hours
- Toss through juices at about the 1.5hr point.
