We licked the plates clean!!! MOUTHWATERING!!!! I used a 2.4kg leg as we had friends and their two toddlers as well as us (me, hubby and 2 toddlers) There’s enough leftovers that I’ll make a pie for dinner tomorrow night. The gravy was so good and the recipe makes heaps. Definitely recommend!! I served ours with roasted potatoes, carrots, onions and some steamed broccoli.

This recipe is so easy and absolutely delicious! I’ll never roast lamb in the oven again. It got rave reviews from our visitors. The meat was succulent and delicious.
