Love goat but very hard to get here on the Central Coast NSW
My slow cooker has two settings – High & Low. so when you say “Cook on Auto for 7 hours” I am a little confused. Should I cook it on low?
Auto is a setting that does 2hrs on high then it becomes low after that 🙂
This was easy to make with few ingredients needed. Turned out yummy. Would of added some red wine if I had any.
thankyou for your easy helpfull tips on goat meat.
I have trouble with my goat cooking. It comes out chewy.
