Slow Cooked Camembert Chicken Mignon

4 chicken breast fillets

100g Camembert cheese

4 rashers bacon


1Wash hands thoroughly

2Remove any fat from chicken breasts

3Slice into chicken breast using a sharp knife to form a 'pocket'

4Cut Camembert into four equal parts

5Place one section of cheese into each breast pocket

6Wrap breast by rolling along bacon rasher and fix in place using two toothpicks

7Place into cooker insert ensuring the breast pockets are facing UP so you don't lose the cheesy goodness

8Turn cooker on HIGH for up to FOUR hours
