Slow Cooked Camembert Chicken Mignon

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 100g Camembert cheese
- 4 rashers bacon
Instructions
- Wash hands thoroughly
- Remove any fat from chicken breasts
- Slice into chicken breast using a sharp knife to form a 'pocket'
- Cut Camembert into four equal parts
- Place one section of cheese into each breast pocket
- Wrap breast by rolling along bacon rasher and fix in place using two toothpicks
- Place into cooker insert ensuring the breast pockets are facing UP so you don't lose the cheesy goodness
- Turn cooker on HIGH for up to FOUR hours
