Slow Cooked Camembert Chicken Mignon

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 100g Camembert cheese
  • 4 rashers bacon


  • Wash hands thoroughly
  • Remove any fat from chicken breasts
  • Slice into chicken breast using a sharp knife to form a 'pocket'
  • Cut Camembert into four equal parts
  • Place one section of cheese into each breast pocket
  • Wrap breast by rolling along bacon rasher and fix in place using two toothpicks
  • Place into cooker insert ensuring the breast pockets are facing UP so you don't lose the cheesy goodness
  • Turn cooker on HIGH for up to FOUR hours
