Shredded Chicken Spaghetti
Take your spaghetti to the next level with slow cooker shredded chicken spaghetti!
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tins diced tomatoes
- 1 onion
- I tbs crushed garlic
- 1 tsp basil ( tube stuff)
- 1 tsp Italian herbs (tube stuff)
- 1 tbs brown sugar
- 1 tbs tomato paste
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add chicken breast whole to slowcooker
- Dice onion and add
- Add all other ingredients
- Cook on low for 6 hours
- Shred chicken and mix through
- Cook and serve with spaghetti pasta
- Sprinkle with Parmesan or grated tasty cheese

hi just wondering could this be done on high for 3 hours or would it dry the chicken breast out too much???
It will dry more on high … ideally low and slow if possible is best 🙂
I made this one today so easy and yummy. I added peas and broccoli. Also, one more can of tomato and 3 chicken breasts instead of 2. Thanks for sharing
This is delicious and so easy! I made it Mexican themed by using red onion, cumin, coriander, oregano, smoked paprika and chilli powder.
It then made beautiful quesadillas rather than pasta.
