Shredded Chicken Spaghetti 5 0 5 1

Take your spaghetti to the next level with slow cooker shredded chicken spaghetti!

  • Prep: 10 mins

  • Yields: 6 servings


2 chicken breasts

2 tins diced tomatoes

1 onion

I tbs crushed garlic

1 tsp basil ( tube stuff)

1 tsp Italian herbs (tube stuff)

1 tbs brown sugar

1 tbs tomato paste

Salt and pepper to taste


1Add chicken breast whole to slowcooker

2Dice onion and add

3Add all other ingredients

4Cook on low for 6 hours

5Shred chicken and mix through

6Cook and serve with spaghetti pasta

7Sprinkle with Parmesan or grated tasty cheese

This is delicious and so easy! I made it Mexican themed by using red onion, cumin, coriander, oregano, smoked paprika and chilli powder.
It then made beautiful quesadillas rather than pasta.

I made this one today so easy and yummy. I added peas and broccoli. Also, one more can of tomato and 3 chicken breasts instead of 2. Thanks for sharing

It will dry more on high … ideally low and slow if possible is best 🙂

hi just wondering could this be done on high for 3 hours or would it dry the chicken breast out too much???
