Shepherds Pie Loaded Meatloaf

Ingredients
 

  • 500 g mince
  • 1 onion , chopped
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 sachet your favourite taco mix
  • 1/4 cup grated zucchini and 1/4 cup grated carrot
  • Combine all together and press into your SC lined with baking paper and sprayed .
  • Mashed potato ( fry some chopped bacon and add)
  • # mash the potato with butter, cream and 1/3 cup cream cheese and then mix in the bacon pieces.

Instructions

  • # mash the potato with butter, cream and 1/3 cup cream cheese and then mix in the bacon pieces.
  • Spread the mashed potato over the mince and sprinkle with a light layer of grated cheese. Top the potato with diced capsicum and tomato , salt and pepper and then more grated cheese.
  • Cook on high for 1 hour and then low for approx 3 hours , until cooked, depends on your SC. Use the baking paper to lift it out of the cooker.
  • Serve with wedges and some homemade gravy.
