Shepherds Pie Loaded Meatloaf
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 500 g mince
- 1 onion , chopped
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 egg
- 1/2 sachet your favourite taco mix
- 1/4 cup grated zucchini and 1/4 cup grated carrot
- Combine all together and press into your SC lined with baking paper and sprayed .
- Mashed potato ( fry some chopped bacon and add)
- # mash the potato with butter, cream and 1/3 cup cream cheese and then mix in the bacon pieces.
Instructions

- # mash the potato with butter, cream and 1/3 cup cream cheese and then mix in the bacon pieces.
- Spread the mashed potato over the mince and sprinkle with a light layer of grated cheese. Top the potato with diced capsicum and tomato , salt and pepper and then more grated cheese.
- Cook on high for 1 hour and then low for approx 3 hours , until cooked, depends on your SC. Use the baking paper to lift it out of the cooker.
- Serve with wedges and some homemade gravy.
