Savoury Scrolls

Ingredients
- 3 cups Self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 100g Butter
- 1 cup milk
- Filling: Diced bacon, baby spinach, cream cheese, grated cheese, minced garlic, lemon pepper seasoning to taste.
Instructions
- Place first 3 ingredients into bowl and mix together till its like bread crumbs. Pour in milk. Knead together and roll out on lightly floured surface.
- Filling: I cooked bacon off first. On rolled out pastry use a spatula and cover with cream cheese, sprinkle with grated cheese, bacon, spinach, herbs etc. Cover all the way to the edges!
- Roll up carefully into a log, then slice about 1.5 inch thick.
- I sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- Line slow cooker with baking paper before cooking.
- Tastes great! Sc on high for just over 1.5 hrs.
- I plan on browning them off with cheese on top when I am ready to eat them
