Savoury Mince Filled Butternut Pumpkin

Ingredients
- Butternut pumpkin
- Savoury mince or other meat leftovers
- Grated cheese
- Cherry tomatoes
- Shallots
- Sour cream
Instructions
- Hull out of butternut pumpkin.
- Add any leftovers you want used up. I used savoury mince.
- Top with grated cheese, cherry tomatoes and shallots.
- Once cooked, add dollops of sour cream.
