Savoury Lamb
Ingredients
- 2tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- Lamb forequarter chops
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker
- Cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours.
- Remove chops to serve.
- Combine flour, some water and add it to the sauce to thicken at the end.

Yummy dish, I doubled the recipe and ended up taking out the bones towards the end as the meat was just falling off. I think the leftovers will make a delicious pie filling too!

Regular tomato sauce – yes like Heinz, the kind you’d put on a hotdog etc
we found the recipe to be too sweet.
I will make it again but put less sugar.
