2tbsp brown sugar

1/2 tsp curry powder

1/2 tsp mustard powder

1/2 tsp ground ginger

2 tbsp white vinegar

1/4 cup tomato sauce

1/2 cup water

Lamb forequarter chops


1Combine all ingredients in slow cooker

2Cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours.

3Remove chops to serve.

4Combine flour, some water and add it to the sauce to thicken at the end.

Yummy dish, I doubled the recipe and ended up taking out the bones towards the end as the meat was just falling off. I think the leftovers will make a delicious pie filling too!
