500g Chuck steak
Tin of mulligatawny soup
Beef stock cube
Generous dash of red wine
Optional - packet French onion soup mix (makes for a Salter dish)
2/3 cup of water
1Mix all wet ingredients in the sc bowl
2Add beef
3Cook on low all day - 8 hours plus
