  • 1kg gluten free sausages
  • 2 onions, sliced
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 100g spinach, chopped (can use frozen cubes)
  • 1/2 cup gluten free gravy powder (Orgran)
  • 1L water


  • Add sausages, onion, mushrooms and spinach to slow cooker bowl.
  • Add gravy powder and water combined.
  • Cook on high for 1hr then low for 4hrs
