These creamy satay sausages and mild enough for the entire family to enjoy and oh so easy to make! Serve yours with creamy mashed potato and steamed vegetables or with rice 😊

Ingredients
 

  • 1.2kg small chipolata beef sausages (approx. 30)
  • 400g can diced tomatoes
  • 150ml cooking cream
  • 200ml coconut cream
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp dill
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp onion salt
  • 1tsp cornflour
  • 3-4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1T minced ginger
  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter

Instructions
 

  • Add chipolata sausages to slow cooker
  • Combine all other ingredients, whisk well and pour over sausages
  • Cook on low for 4-5hrs
  • Serve with creamy mashed potato and steamed vegetables or with rice 😊
