Satay Sausages
These creamy satay sausages and mild enough for the entire family to enjoy and oh so easy to make!

Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 1.2kg small chipolata beef sausages (approx. 30)
- 400g can diced tomatoes
- 150ml cooking cream
- 200ml coconut cream
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp dill
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ tsp onion salt
- 1tsp cornflour
- 3-4 cloves minced garlic
- 1T minced ginger
- ½ cup smooth peanut butter
Instructions
- Add chipolata sausages to slow cooker
- Combine all other ingredients, whisk well and pour over sausages
- Cook on low for 4-5hrs
- Serve with creamy mashed potato and steamed vegetables or with rice ?
