Ingredients
1.2kg small chipolata beef sausages (approx. 30)
400g can diced tomatoes
150ml cooking cream
200ml coconut cream
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp dill
¼ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp onion salt
1tsp cornflour
3-4 cloves minced garlic
1T minced ginger
½ cup smooth peanut butter
Directions
1Add chipolata sausages to slow cooker
2Combine all other ingredients, whisk well and pour over sausages
3Cook on low for 4-5hrs
4Serve with creamy mashed potato and steamed vegetables or with rice 😊
