Satay or Sweet & Sour Chicken Meatballs
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1kg of chicken mince
- 1/2 cup chopped chives
- 1 tsp onion salt
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- Mix all the above ingredients
- Sweet & Sour I used 1 Jar Kantong Sweet & Sour with pineapple
- Satay I used 1 Bottle Masterfoods satay sauce and 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
Instructions
- Mix all the above ingredients
- Sweet & Sour I used Kantong Sweet & Sour with pineapple
- Satay I used Fountain satay sauce and 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- Pour sauce into Sc put on high to heat sauce start rolling meatballs and just plop them into the sauce give a stir occasionally and continue rolling meatballs.
- Cook on high for 1 hour then on low for 3 hours.
