Satay Chicken

4 Chicken Breasts, sliced into strips

4 Tablespoons Crunchy Peanut Butter

2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

1 Tablespoon Tomato Sauce

1 Tablespoon Sweet Chilli Sauce

1 Can Coconut Milk

Spring Onion, finely chopped


1Mix all ingredients together and cover chicken in the slow cooker.

2Cook on low for 6 hours, then serve on rice.

3P.s. The chicken is added raw to this recipe.

This was nice but I tasted the sauce halfway through cooking and found it had too much peanut butter taste and was a bit plain. I added garlic, ginger, curry powder, chilli flakes and cummin and it was delicious. I will only use half the peanut butter next time though
