Ingredients
 

  • 1 bunch broccolini diced
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 1 small tin corn
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 carrots diced
  • 100gm green beans
  • 125gm sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 punnet grape tomatoes
  • 250gms mince
  • 1 pack San Choy bow

Instructions
 

  • Pop all ingredients in slow cooker for about 3 hours on high.
  • Serve in baby cos lettuce cups 🙂
