Salmon wrapped in bacon with prawns

Ingredients
 

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 10 prawns
  • 2 bacon rashers
  • 1/2 cup of cream
  • 1/2 ts of crushed garlic
  • 2-3 cherry boccocinni cheese
  • Cracked pepper

Instructions
 

  • Wrap salmon in bacon, place 5 prawns on each fillet.
  • Mix the garlic with the cream and put a few dollops on prawns.
  • Slice the cheese and put on the cream.
  • Season with cracked pepper.
  • Wrap in baking paper and place in slow cooker.
  • Cook for1-2 hours on high depending on your slow cooker

  1. Cooked last Night…..really yummy. Used ricotta cheese with granulated garlic and cream mixed through as did not have other ingredients. So simple and so moist.

  2. Yummy!!
    I did potatoes and carrots and sweet potato in the slow cooker on high for an hour first, than put the salmon parcel on top for the next hour/hour and a half.
    As the bacon doesn’t crisp up it got a bit lost so not necessarily needed but delicious none the less. Will definitely make again.

  3. Absolutely beautiful . Very filling . I served mine with cheesy rice, steamed green veg and corn. So easy to do and I’ll definitely do it again!
