It was lovely! And so easy to do! I used garlic and herb philadelphia cheese really yummy x
Cooked last Night…..really yummy. Used ricotta cheese with granulated garlic and cream mixed through as did not have other ingredients. So simple and so moist.
Yummy!!
I did potatoes and carrots and sweet potato in the slow cooker on high for an hour first, than put the salmon parcel on top for the next hour/hour and a half.
As the bacon doesn’t crisp up it got a bit lost so not necessarily needed but delicious none the less. Will definitely make again.
Absolutely beautiful . Very filling . I served mine with cheesy rice, steamed green veg and corn. So easy to do and I’ll definitely do it again!
